  • No Indoor Smoking (back deck only)

  • No Pets - Owner has large dog on the property that is NOT pet friendly

  • No Parties, Events, or Large Gatherings

  • Check-in : after 4:00 PM

  • Checkout : before 11:00 AM

  • 2 Guests Maximum

  • 2 Night Minimum stay

  • Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card. Your card may be charged for damages up to $1,000.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • 100% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in

    • 50% refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before check-in

    • 0% refund if you cancel after 72 hours before check-in
